After trying all night tonight I can't change my account by following the instructions you provide. I wanted to get the monthly subscription instead of paying for a year. My free trial ends tomorrow. If this is what you call special treatment for having a fresh pass membership, you can have it. I have to cancel the whole membership now. And I actually wanted to place an order.. You just lost me. A brand new customer . I will try getting into my account online instead of the ap. Details count!

It would be absolutely excellent IF ANY OF THE DEALS/COUPONS IN THE APP WORKED. Every single BOGO free that I order, I get charged twice for. How hard can it possibly be not to break what was working when you update? And if it's that hard, maybe stop updating. I'm tired of going into the store every time I pick up, just to have my bill adjusted.

The app is usually great but sometimes a bad update will ruin the experience. Overall I have to say it is excellent. If you are willing to jump through hoops and click on coupons for a few, it will save you tons of money I wouldn't normally be able to afford. The extra points deals shouldn't be ignored. Sometimes I am stunned at how much less an item is because I used that feature on something i buy often.
